08h30 to 10h00: Yoga class
10h00 to 11h00: Breakfast break
11h00 to 12h00 Lecture
12h00 to 12h15 refreshment break
12h15 to 13h30: Main lecture
13h30 to 15h00: Lunch break
15h00 to 16h30: Asana clinic (corrections)
16h30 to 17h45: Yoga class
17h45 to 18h00: Navigation meeting

  3. Teaching Methodology: you will start teaching from day 1
  4. Practice: Meditation, Pranayama, Asanas, Mantra etc.

Yoga and the Body (3 Weekends)

  1. Hatha Yoga, Shatkarma
  2. Yogic body, Chakras/Nadi, Anatomy
  3. Teaching Methodology

Philosophy and Core Principles (3 Weekends)

  1. Prana Vayu, Koshas and Core principles
  2. Introduction to Nutrition
  3. Teaching Methodology
  4. Students Teaching AM/PM
  5. Mid Term, Recaps, Visit

Creating your class, assessments (2 Weekends)

  1. Building your sequence and your style
  2. Personal evaluations, presentations, assessments
  3. Teaching Methodology Recap
  4. Graduation Ceremony

In total: 80 h of practice, 50 h of teaching, 70 h of lecture and assessments
200 h in total.

Graduates are eligible to become Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance.
